User Guidelines
These guidelines are designed to ensure the accuracy of our authentication results and protect
your rights. By submitting photos for authentication, you acknowledge and agree to the
following:
Photo Submission Requirements
- All photos must be taken in natural light with your phone’s macro mode, following the category-specific shooting guides (e.g., watch, bag, jewelry).
- Blurry, overexposed, underexposed, or glare-obscured photos may lead to inaccurate results.
- You must capture all required shooting parts as specified in the guide.
- Missing key details (e.g., serial numbers, engravings, logos) will limit our ability to conduct a thorough assessment, and we reserve the right to issue a "Inconclusive Result".
- Photos must be original and unaltered. Editing, filtering, or digitally modifying photos to hide defects or alter details is prohibited.
- We are not liable for results based on modified images.
Authenticity of Submitted Materials
- You warrant that all submitted photos correspond to the same single item.
- Any act of submitting photos from multiple items (e.g., "photo collaging" parts from genuine and counterfeit items) to mislead the authentication process constitutes a breach of trust.
- We reserve the right to terminate the service, refuse to issue a report, and retain the service fee in such cases.
Interpretation of Authentication Results
- Our results are based solely on visual analysis of the submitted photos.
- Due to the inherent limitations of photo-based authentication (e.g., inability to inspect material composition, hardware functionality, or internal structures), the result is a professional opinion(photo-based only), not a definitive confirmation of the item’s authenticity.
