Order Terms

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms, which govern the provision of our
authentication service:

Order Placement & Payment

  • Select the correct item category (e.g., watch, bag, jewelry) and authentication tier (Rush/Priority/Standard) before payment.
  • The service fee is non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except in cases where we are unable to provide the service with an "Inconclusive Result"
  • Payment must be completed in full prior to submitting photos. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the order if payment is not received or is invalid.

Photo Review & Turnaround Time 

  • Our team will first review the submitted photos for compliance with clarity and content requirements.
  • The authentication turnaround time (as specified in your selected tier) begins only after we confirm the photos meet our standards.
  • If photos are unqualified, we will notify you to  resubmit within 48 hours; failure to resubmit will result no refund without any result.

Report Delivery & Usage 

  • The authentication report will be delivered to your registered email address in digital format.
  • You may download and save the report for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the report (e.g., using it to endorse products) is prohibited. 

Inconclusive Results 

  • If insufficient photo details prevent us from forming a clear opinion, we will notify you via email and SMS to request supplementary photos.
  • You may resubmit qualified photos within 48 hours at no additional fee. If the photo quality still fails to meet our authentication requirements after three resubmissions, we will issue an Inconclusive Result and provide a full refund.
  • We do not guarantee a definitive result for all submissions.

Dispute Resolution 

  • Any disputes arising from the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, either party may pursue remedies in accordance with the laws of the HongKong SAR law.
